I have a YouTube video tutorial on how to make this basket/box. 

This kit contains 2 fat quarters 18 x 18 inches of 80% cotton and 20% polyester wadding and 4 buttons. Buttons may vary. 

There is an option to include 100m of Aurifil 40wt 100% cotton thread in a coordinating colour. Please select whether you would like thread included in your kit.
